If the issue persists, please contact our Customer Support. If a title is listed as “Purchased”, it can be redownloaded at no cost using the Nintendo Account that bought it.
Confirm that the game has not already been purchased on your Nintendo Switch console. Check the list of games available to purchase with a voucher to confirm that the title you wish to purchase is eligible. Make sure your Nintendo Account country settings match the region you used when the vouchers were purchased. Verify that you still have an active, paid Nintendo Switch Online membership. Vouchers expire one year after their date of purchase. Review your Nintendo eShop Purchase History to verify that your Nintendo Switch Game Vouchers haven’t already expired, been used, or will expire before the game release date (pre-orders). Close the Nintendo eShop or sign out of your Nintendo Account via the Nintendo website and log back in using the Nintendo Account that purchased the set of vouchers, then try to redeem a voucher again. A voucher cannot be used for a pre-order if it expires before the release date for the product. A confirmation e-mail will also be sent to the e-mail address registered to your Nintendo Account once this process is completed. Regardless of console, Fortnite is only available as a digital download and not as a retail game on. Re-enter your Nintendo Account password when prompted, then select Redeem to complete the process. If you own Nintendo Switch, visit the Nintendo eShop. 
Vouchers can only be redeemed in the same region where they were purchased. Enter your 16-digit download code and then select, Next. Nintendo Switch Game Vouchers can only be redeemed on a Nintendo Account with an active Nintendo Switch Online membership that is not a free trial. Vouchers can only be redeemed on the same Nintendo Account that purchased them.
